CaptureGem Quick Start
Download CaptureGem from the official site and open the desktop app. In Settings, check the video save folder and available disk space before your first long recording.
Add a model using its supported site and username or model URL, then choose Record Always or Record With Expiry if you want future public sessions saved automatically. Monitor Always watches without saving a finished video. You can also start a recording manually when the model is live. Availability depends on the site and stream state.
Watch the Monitor tab for progress. When the recording finishes, open its file from the Review tab or configured video folder and check playback, duration, and audio. CaptureGem produces MP4 by default or MKV when selected in Advanced settings, but a completed status alone is not proof that a particular file is healthy.
