Record MyFreeCams with CaptureGem
CaptureGem includes a MyFreeCams site integration. Add a model from that site by username or supported model URL, then confirm the app detects a live session. Record a short test, then choose Record Always or Record With Expiry for future saved sessions if available under your plan. Monitor Always watches without saving a finished video.
The app saves the quality and audio delivered by the source. It does not offer a screen-capture FPS, bitrate, or NVENC encoder preset. Keep enough space on both the temporary and finished-video folders, and check the completed file in Review for duration, picture, and audio when the stream supplies it.
If the model is live in a browser but the app cannot start, check the app’s error message and current site access requirements. Avoid deleting temporary data from a failed conversion. See first recording and troubleshooting.
